Hello.

Is there any way to stop the Fling.com advert from appearing when I browse here, that 2nd pic from the left makes me want to throw-up.

Also quite often my browser gets re-directed to a strange looking advert page, when I press the back button, I get taken back to the page before the page I got re-directed from. I hope that makes sense...

Thanks

Use firefox with adblock.
There is no better way to avoid ads than that.
Use adblock filterset.g updater too, in case you don't want to add every ad you see manually to the block list.

Adbrite decided to classify akiba-online as "adult", so we got buried in the annals of avnads and the only people who want to advertise here are porn sites and adult services.

I used to have ads on "auto accept", but now I've taken control from adbrite.

The next cycle of ads will be text only.

The interstitials are gonna remain for a very short time to see if they actually boost ad revenue or if they're not worth the annoyance.

But yea, adblock is the way forward.
