Reina Nakai was purportedly 133 cm tall which is 52.5 inches or 4 feet 4 inches. As far as I can tell, she did on JAV about 10 years ago, RCT-478. Hard to find now but pretty cool movie, especially the lesbian scene where a very tall woman has sex with her. I wish she had continued her career!
