You might want to check out the DMM News.R18 site. It's in Japanese, but several articles are published each day, and you can run it through Google Translate or something if you need to.

Playno1 is a Chinese-language site that has a lot of JAV news. As ldjb said, you just have to run it through a translator, or use Chrome for the built-in translation.

Most up to date av news including events and releases are usually posted on av idols personal blogs or twitters that may or may not be manage by their agencies. If you're looking for juicy dark secrets then they're usually cover by Chinese and Japanese forums and news source websites. Google translated doesn't work well at translating complicated articles, so it's pointless unless their leaked photos.
