Hi everyone. I'm a new member of this community, even though been wandering around for quite sometime in this forum. English is not my primary tounge, so hope everyone to excuse my language.

It is always my interest for JAV industry since few years ago, and came across a quite recent report [2015] that translated from japanese Human Right Now report. And it provides an interesting insight into JAV production, exploitation of actresses and how industry functions in general. I just copy and paste the report summary as below;

(1) There have been a number of cases in which Japanese women were coerced to appear in adult pornographic videos
(2) No relevant legal provisions or regulatory agency exist to regulate the pornographic film industry

But please be understand, that i'm not trying to bring down the mood, but to share some reality behind scene that being asked few times before.

I would like to know anyone thought on this topic, and a healthy discussion would be nice. Credits to original translator. Cheers.:)

PS: if anyone could identify some cases mentioned in the report, would be very thankful.:p

Hi, welcome to the forum.

The topic is interesting and there have already been a few threads on the subject recently, you can find them on the first few pages.
You should just copy paste the full text of that report in a post here though. You seem like a decent guy, but a new poster posting a .rar in his first post can be seen as suspicious.

the problem is :

1 you attach file in rar

2 we already have this kind conversation in some other threads

(2) No relevant legal provisions or regulatory agency exist to regulate the pornographic film industry

maybe there are no regulator yet, but porn industry must follow government's rules, for example a lot of underage videos has been cancelled and pulled out from the market

and some Momotoro's videos was pulled out from the market too because the mosaik that they used are too thin

Yea... this isn't a new problem nor is it limited to just JAV. Theres already been discussions and some skepticism on this report. For example, some of the girls claiming to be coerced just regretted their actions and call it coerced.

Oh my mistake. I replaced the report with non-rar pdf.
As I going through several pages, found out the report had been disccussed in this thread: https://www.akiba-online.com/thread...a-bit-disturbing-article-i-saw-today.1662087/. But still, I want to point out certain interesting dots from the report.

(1) It is estimated JAV valued 400 to 500 billion JPY per year and produced around 20,000 videos every year while the actual size of the market is likely to be larger.

(2) Japan prohibits prostitution [I really suprised!] and scouting of AV actresses is prohibited by many local governments.

(3) Exploitation of female actors involved “forced to appear in videos against their will”, “required to pay a huge amount of money in penalty for resignation” and “forced to appear in videos because they could not pay the penalty charge for resignation.”

(4) Some actresses scouted with false explanations and blatant flattery. Ironically, these were themes for some video released before.

(5) Some of them are from model management company. It might explained that certain actors with model-like figure to appear in JAV.

(6) Minor without sexual experience did appeared in AV.

I know cases reported probably a minority compared to thousand of others whom choose to be by genuine free will, and the system do happened in many other industries around the world and not exclusively to JAV. But it nice to share certain things. Cheers.:)

2. Japan prohibits 'penis-going-into-vagina' prostitution. Pretty much everything else is fair game. Most brothel web sites even clearly offer anal sex (AF) as an 'option' if you're willing to pay a lot extra.

Personal opinion: when it comes to selling sex (be it AV 'performances' or paying for it), Japan is THE most liberal country in the world.

Only penetration is prohibited by law when it comes to prostitution. Naturally, this law is constantly ignored, services just don't advertise "sex" on the menu, but it's common. Prostitution is everywhere in Japan.

want to make comment about number 2 but other members already mentioned it ;)

number 3 I think if they took the money and sign the contract ofcourse they must pay the penalty fee if they decide to cancel it, but the question if are they forced to sign it ?

number 4 its already 2016 and people still don't understand what is porn videos, I doubt it :)

number 6 we already seen, underage videos will be cancel and pull out from the market, including Traci Lords scandal

the certain thing is : females (well not only them but males too) oftenly like to play victim
