Google: Panzera Free FLV to Avi Convertor

It's freeware and it will convert FLV files to either Avi or Mpeg using some of the newer codecs; Xvid, H264, ffdMpeg4, WMV, etc.

It even improves the quality a little but nothing like a good high quality rip.
