Plot: Overheard 2 is a 2011 Hong Kong crime thriller film produced by Derek Yee, written and directed by Alan Mak and Felix Chong and starring Lau Ching Wan, Louis Koo and Daniel Wu. It is a sequel to the 2009 film Overheard where Lau, Koo and Wu play different role with a different storyline but the key elements of the first film are kept.
Hong Kong's leading security dealer Luo Min Sheng (Lau Ching Wan) gets involved in a car accident. Security Branch Chief Inspector He Zhi Qiang (Louis Koo) is assigned to the case and discovers surveillance devices inside Luo's wrecked car. After a thorough investigation he discovers an identity called Ma Nian Zu (Daniel Wu) who acts as an eavesdropper not only for Luo, but other members of 'Landlord Club', a mysterious organization with members from wealthy tycoons and entrepreneurs. Soon these three men must decide among them whether to become a friend or a foe as their actions could determine the performance of the entire stock market in the country. The fate of these three men soon intertwines in the cat-and-mouse game and a thrilling storm is about to begin...
