Is there a crack to the game? It installs fine, but then will not run before authenticating the disc.

This is not really my type of thing so I haven't tried to get this to work. Try comparing it to this torrent from NyaaTorrents that includes a patch (or if possible just download the patch from the torrent and try that, I haven't compared the torrents at all)
