I don't watch too much AV but every time I see something that catches my eye it turns out to be filmed entirely with fisheye lens. What's up with that, and is there any way to remove it? (via filter, re-encoding, etc)

If you're like me and get these fucked up, barely watchable videos after joining the .001, .002, etc files, use AVIFixed to... well, fix the AVI! (More specifically the index.) If it's a WMV, use asfbin. This is an awesome thread but I wish the uploaders would use a more sensible way to split...

First of all, awesome thread. But what software are you people using to join the split files? When I use hjsplit (my usual) the videos often come out corrupted and unplayable
