Hi all, I've just come up with an idea about JAV subs exchange. First of all, I absolutely support and appreciate Motiman and others' effort(s) to sponsor/raise fund for many JAV subs, for the sake of everyone involved...

Does anyone know how to extract subtitles from hardsubbed movies (what i need the most the the timing information)? I have around 40 JAVs which had been subbed in my language and I can manage to translate them into english and contribute to this topic. Any thought?

By the way, I just found out that javsubtitle has released 07, yes SEVEN subtitles on its site including SNIS-289 by gorgeous Jun Aizawa (others is JUX-500; BBI-168; JUX-388; JUX-454 and SNIS-397). Let's come and grabbbbbb! Oh i can't love this site and bonekace enough!!

Of course I will use NAS for other files too (main stream media:movies, music, documentaries..). I agree and also understand that downloading-watching-managing JAVs is very very time-consuming and this habit sometimes (or often) affects your social life in a bad way. However it takes time...

Same here, the size of my collection is growing real fast even when i always tend to keep it down. I am thinking of investing in a NAS system. Well, 4-6 HDD x 3TB each, it can keep me worry-free about storage in years. But it will be costly though.

I've been trying XMBC/Kodi together with a scraper and i have to say that it's really a time saver. I can now index my whole collection within few clicks!
