    A Sony Decoder to watch Jap. TV worldwide?

    I know or i thought there was/is a Modem like tool from Sony to watch Jap.TV worldwide. The only thing needed was to have a adress in Japan,like a relative,which has Inet access. Then u need to plug that decoder on and let it run. Now from Abroad you can log in and see japanese tv stations...
