That's another reason I shouldn't be that down on her, apparently I don't have her best work (ABP-478 or MDTM-197). I do have MUM-235, DAVK-017, SDDE-463 and a few others. Another factor is that bob cut of hers, I don't think its very loli on her (the auburn color does not help). If she had longer black hair, I think I would be a much bigger fan. So it also stars Miyazaki Kaho according to minnano, who's in the IBW-478 as well. But since you seem sure it isn't her, her sougouwiki page lists the cast as

Tsuchiya Asami, Kawagoe Yui, Usui Aimi, ゆう, Miyazaki Kaho, and 若菜くみ.

"ゆう" is Yu, not really helpful. " 若菜くみ" is Kumi Wakana, which looks like it could be it. Only other regular vid I can find her credited in is T28-395, which has too many scenes for me to know for sure, but the girl right after Haruki Karen looks kind of like her.
