from my experience if you're a foreigner the age depends on the mood of the responsible police officer. if he hates foreigners, any age will do it for him. if she is under 18 though and you're over 18, you're fucked.

tbh I think its gonna be hard. the average Japanese thinks of philipinos as either whores, dealers, child trafficking or ugly bald japanese farmes "buying" some philipino wife. its the same here in Europe. you always see young filipino girls with 50yo guys who pay for them.
