Erm, it's "/V" or "/X", not the other way round. I've not played any Soft Circle Correge's stuff so I'm not sure what engine they uses, try going to this website to find out if necessary: http://haven.parodius.com/formats/ If H code is needed, try here...

Perhaps try a right-click save-as, and save the torrent somewhere. Rename it (it'll still work) and try again. I sometimes need to do that for certain torrents despite having all languages installed.
