I had considered Samsung OD+ but have decided to wait for its new "bug eye" HMD (patent approved in EU 2020), hopefully, Samsung would release that before Christmas. For the time being, I can get by with the Pimax 4k (I didn't have a HMD to begin with, so the Pimax should keep me satisfied...
