I believe so. I think she got rid of some baby fat, toned up a bit and her...assests...developed a little more. The name and DoB change was a marketing, rebranding thing.

So browsing around I came to find this release and thought right away this girl was really cute. Then it dawned on me she looked familiar. It's vague as to who she is but the title states East Asian, which is pretty broad. Then it dawned on me she looked like a certain U15 Idol favorite from...

Finally downloaded JSSJ-116, when she was still going by Ruri Morino. She's toned up and looks better now but wish she was a little more revealing, risque, like her early stuff.
