You are right - looks like this is not a real/correct 1Pondo video code.
I have seen this number combination on 1pondo.com page as PPV ID code
(PPV - Pay Per View) It is not the same as 1Pondo video code.

1Pondo video codes are written as follows (decoded) MMDDYY_xxx (M - month; D - Day; Y year 2 last digits )
where xxx is video order number (per example - 003).
Per example > 122714_948 Satomi Suzuki > video code decoded as - December, 27 2014 - video order number 948
