It's clear that you're a “man of culture,” as you like to say. I think that list is unbeatable.
I have to admit that I don't pay much attention to it. First, because of censorship, which doesn't allow you to see anything. It's more an exercise in imagination than evaluation.

Somehow after all the digging and research I did on 4k VRs I overlooked her, damn. I just watched her VRs and settled on just improving MDVR-193 which I believe is by far her most immersive title.

I use Heresphere on PC. I make adjustments to all movies. I always turn Sharpen up as high as I can, and turn down a bar—I can't remember what it's called—so that everything looks a little smaller, since I have a high IPD.
While watching the movie, I adjust the Forward setting, which is always set to far by default. For some reason, the Forward setting starts at 80% for me, so I set it to 100% to bring everything a little closer. I have a button on the controller for that.
Finally, almost always in Face-2-face cowgirl and F2F missionary, I move the camera angle up or down so that the girl's face is at my height. There are two buttons on the controller for that (press a side trigger and the stick up or down). That's how it comes by default; I haven't reconfigured the controller. I recommend you take a look at the assigned controls; there are shortcuts and combinations to do many things while watching the movie without having to go into the menus.
Gotta admit, the saturation reduction was great. Made the girls look more human in many VRs.
I occasionally adjust the IPD so the girls don't look so big in some titles.

At least not not on my hardware. Because I use the PC connected directly by cable with HDMI (no video compression), thanks to the RTX 4070 Ti Super I can apply a 2X MSAA filter and also double the resolution (I do play at 16K), and that supersampling eliminates jagged edges and Sharpen artifacts.
Video artifacts depend a lot on the person watching. They're always there when you do any kind of processing but some people can't see specific ones or don't get bothered by them at all and others can't stand them.
