Need help with purchased product on FANZA/DMM

Hello, I want to ask a question about a purchased JAV product on FANZA/DMM. after I purchased it, I clicked the product. i saw a "Download" button. when i clicked it, it showed this error. What do i do? How i can download the video properly?

No I am not in Japan. I am using VPN with IP on Japan. I am using ExpressVPN. i am in desperate. looking for this film for a long time. but after i managed to purchase it, i cannot do stream and download. it make me mad. I purchased the 'HD Stream and HD Download'. now it looks like a waste. I tried using download manager but how i can use it if even i cannot watch the stream? . Any suggestion?

Your other issue will be DRM. Are abke to stream it instead of download that least see it?

no not at all. streams, download, all cannot functioning. i tried couple of advice from other member, not work too :'(

i am so fucked up. now the film is just stand in my library. i cannot see it, i cannot download it. I just hope someone able to fix this
