As for the movie they're shooting in the background, it's not JAV but uncensored Taiwanese porn.

I can't be sure because I can only find a 30 second trailer, but it seems to be EDEA-284 starring 鮑喬安. It is definitely filmed in that room, and has 3 men including one with a huge chest tattoo.

It was mainly for the girl holding the camera.
