Ichinose Kurumi is alive and well though he recently left WAAP and is now independent. I'm not sure what his current and future director projects will be. SamoAri seems to be WAAP's new bukkake director.

I don't think there ever was any news of Ichinose being dead. There was simply a misunderstanding in this thread. Kurosawa is the one who is apparently dead, though I've looked online, and I can't seem to find any information on that.

Maybe I'm too late, but I can't find DJE-063 in FHD anywhere online. I would love IPTD-644 in FHD also. That's one of my favorites. I found MIGD-380 in FHD in 35 parts at TDarkAngel. The torrent threads are not in alphabetical order and it was impossible for me to find it among millions of them.

I deleted IPTD-644 but I think I still have the FHD version backed up. I downloaded IPSD-043 recently so I lost interest in IPTD-644. Hitomi Kitagawa > Shizuka Kanno.

I think Hitomi Kitagawa was only around 18 when she did her first JAV titles, which were gokkun themed IIRC
