Hi, I am trying to buy some videos from R18.com. These videos feature women who are in their twenties, but their roles in the video can be viewed as minor, underage girls. If I bought and only streamed them directly from their website, would this be considered illegal? And yes, I live in the states.

One of these videos is MOC-050, titled, "Hey Little Girl, Wanna Play? Three Dirty Men In A Brother/Sister."
 
After what happened to Max Hardcore, I would be careful. Some things aren't worth the risk.

It's only illegal if the girl is actually underage which in the case of these JAV movies, there are strict laws just like we have here about underage girls performing in pornographic movies. nothing wrong with downloading, now if you tried to buy a physical copy, and have it sent here there may be some issues.

I just don't know why many westerner underestimate Asian woman's age
one of my family from asian country take her PhD in Australia. She's well above 30s, but frequently mistaken for High schooler :pusing:
