I looked at the Japanese Wikipedia article:
The last part of the last sentence means something like that actresses perform in this label have a グラマー (glamorous) body. So "Erotic" as well as "Excellent" would be possible.
But the article doesn't explain for what the "E" really stands. You also find no information on their website: http://www.av-e-body.com/

It's a pun. "ii" (pronounced like the letter E in Japanese) means "good". So it basically just means "good body".

I think mojo hit the jackpot. That is the most likely explanation.

Thanks, that makes a lot of senses and i like it. i don't speak or read japanese and Google translator or any translator doesn't quite capture the subtle differences in languages so its easy to lose some meaning in translation.

i try researching what the "E" stood for, but i could never get any real direction of where to look for information. i try checking their site but no luck. Still it looks now we have an answer. Thanks to mojo.

Just chiming in to corroborate what Mojo said. Using 'E' instead of 'ii' is Japanese being clever. The makers of the E-body series didn't start it. There is a lot of slang-like stuff in Japanese you won't learn from a book. Maybe it would be a good idea to search up the Japanese version of Urban dictionary...
