I can agree with what dm9452 has said. I just watched this video yesterday night and actually ran it up with MediaInfo program that I usually use to find out more about its codec used/video bitrate/audio bitrate of online medias I had downloaded. The following attached image above is the information extracted for this 2nd DVD titled "Ai wo Komete", it seems that ace71 took my earlier PM suggestion and used a better encoder software this time, and no longer ripping them in H.263 Baseline Profile (MPEG-4 Simple Profile decoder codec) which are usually known as a worse codec compared to the modern H.264 AVC Main Profiles (L3.1 and above) commonly used by large movie/anime rip groups these days.

Thank you for all the hard work once again ace71, yes IMO Arisa's DVDs are definitely worth watching with better transcoded quality. ご苦労様でした。
