Thats not new, its a scene in one of her uncensored movies that has been released.

We haven't seen the first (either?) baby (which she had after she started doing porn btw), so we don't know if it's ugly or not. He wasn't ugly iirc so that one should be fine. Not that it matters with the state of plastic surgery these days.
