I found several other sites with this video, but most of them point to the same file on xhamster (http://xhamster.com/movies/1264154/cmnf_jap_college.html) which unfortunately doesn't mention the source.

I was intrigued about this video as well, and tried my luck by searching with relevant keywords, hoping to be led to a translated-to-English title. But similar to Electromog'e experience, I kept getting led to tube sites.
Seems what Metroplex1978 is looking for is not the only one of its kind. In his clip, we see naked female students and teachers going about their lives, as though there is nothing out of the ordinary. Here is one that promises a greater "plot," however, where a school's aide is being bullied by the students:
I'd be even more curious about this one, actually, since it not only offers the viewing pleasure of rows of nude young ladies, but has a dramatic element as well. (Who knows, perhaps both scenes are part of the same film.)

There is also another one where everyone is naked, including the men, and a new female student is forced to strip:

Both clips are plastered by the Zenra.net logo, which perhaps could have led to clues; their claim to fame is subtitling (although the "forced strip" second clip has no subtitles), and a visit to their site revealed that they charge for downloads of material they do not own, which makes them crooks and therefore their site should be one to avoid; nor do they (smartly) identify the source codes for the JAV. So we are back to square one.

How frustrating when answers are not forthcoming. But did you do all you could to increase your chances of getting help? Did you read the "Before you post that ID Request!" Sticky on top of this forum, particularly this section?
