Well, i just checked it myself. I am baffled as to why it came out as "TYPE: FILE" once you extract it. But i assume you still get the whole file, correct?
The solution: Put .avi at the end of the filename and it'll automatically be a avi file.
the file was splitted to 3 parts using HSPlit. The files should have .001, .002, .003 extentions. however the link in the second part is .003, and the third part is .001. Now the .002 is missing.

always a last file is smaller than other files. you can download 3 files from links. which is the last file do you think ?
so, the file is .003 file and formar .003 file will be .002 file.
