It seems to be a cosplayer called Rin Higurashi (日暮りん).

While that is Rins shoot the face has been photoshopped and that is not Rin.

I'm not sure who it is but I assume that it's a girl that wouldn't usually pose like that, hence who ever photoshopped it had that fantasy. Guessing by the Korean fans of the original image I'll take a leap and say she's Korean.

Yea, it's a pretty good photoshop job. But as I'm an avid follower and fan of Rin I knew right away it was her set but not her face. I'm slightly interested to find out who in fact she is…
