Since 2009, HAARP has been used over the
Gulf of Mexico to prevent the formation of
tropical storms and hurricanes.
This video shows a HAARP downburst squashing a
building low pressure, before the clouds can organize
into a storm system.
The proof is the clockwise rotation, which proves there
was descending air, pressing down, just like a bullseye
over the top of the building storms.
The surface, and jetstream, winds CANNOT explain
why a small area of high pressure clockwise rotation
formed directly over the low pressure.
(High pressure, or sinking air, rotates clockwise and
low pressure, or rising air, rotates counter-clockwise.)
This particular use of HAARP is VERY BENEFICIAL
for gulf coast residents, and IT SHOULD
CONTINUE, and even, be MADE PUBLIC.
Without this hurricane prevention technology
the water in the gulf is so warm, we could
have a Katrina hurricane every month.
Most of the past HAARP activity has been to create
drought but this is a genuine beneficial use, that the
American people will support.
In mid July, 2014, the surface temperature of
the Gulf of Mexico is 31 degrees celsius is
equivalent to 87.8 degrees fahrenheit.
For the last 1,000 years, the average surface
temperature of the Gulf was 24 degrees celsius
is equivalent to 75.2 degrees fahrenheit.
The Earth is warming very fast, and so far
the oceans are absorbing almost all of the heat.
The oceans are now dying, and NOAA has
predicted that all the coral reefs will be
dead by 2050, from "bleaching", due to
high temperatures.
If you still believe global warming is a lie, then
come to the front desk of the American Petroleum
Institute, to pick up your check.
Your planet, and your family, will be dead shortly but
at least you got paid for being an obedient sheep.
Our only hope in preventing runaway global
warming is to fertilize the oceans with iron
dust, to create global plankton blooms
on a regular basis.
All chemtrail planes, and ocean ships, should
be converted to drop nano iron dust, over the
oceans especially the tropics.
That is the only hope for planet Earth, as it is
