About the movie I'm not sure. Maybe it is DASD-012, but I can't recognize the scene on the cover as well as on the thumbnails @ DMM.

it's not that easy to identify just because those assholes splitted the same scene in ten minutes parts, so there's a shot every ten seconds, but my money are on DASD-012

Putangina1234, I took a look around to see what was available for this 2008 release, but download links appear to be rediculous... I mean, ridiculously hard to find.
I guess those interested need to thank the knuckleheads who upped this rare flick to XVIDEOS, ten minute segments, lack of identification, watermarks and all.
It was very good of Hoiyeugai13 to come up with the answer to this difficult puzzle, was it not? (Putangina1234, I hope you did not neglect to privately thank him.)
And hats way high off to Codegeek, who went the extra mile as usual. He went through the trouble of posting the screen shots, which helped make the identification process easier. Indeed, when there was speculation this film might be DASD-012, I wanted to see if I could lend a hand, and dug up these screen shots:
