So for example PGD jav videos sometimes have this type of genre, where the girl knows the voyeur is watching and fine with it but the guy fucking doesnt

i suppose its a mix of cuckold and voyeur and sometimes NTR but don't know how can i find more of them if there is no specific genre name

Exhibitionist would probably be it.

Exhibitionism doesn't have to be nudity in public, but more of a way of getting off while knowing people are watching/risk of being caught.

I don't know a genre name either. I have found some with key words in a search engine. E.g. these four terms together: "目の前" "他人" 抱 jav.

The Japanese terms mean "in front of" "someone else" and "hugging." It's really hit and miss.

BAGR-032: The actress treats the viewer as a voyeur. For example, at 19:50 she motions for the viewer to come closer, whereupon the handheld camera moves in closer.
The same thing goes for BAGR-027.
