Plot
In the town of Kanon everyone loves music. There lives Houjou Hibiki and Minamino Kanade, two childhood friends. But for some reason since starting middle school, they argue with each other every time they meet.

Meanwhile in Major Land, the kingdom of music; the Grand Concert where the Melody of Happiness is to be sung by a fairy is interrupted by Mephisto, King of Evil in Minor Land. The Queen of Major Land, Aphrodite, scatters the notes of the Legendary Score before Siren; a fairy now sided with Minor Land can sing the Melody of Sorrow. Hummy the fairy of Major Land is sent by Aphrodite to collect the notes in Kanon while Mephisto sends Trio the Minor and Siren for his cause.

Back in Kanon, Hummy approaches Hibiki and Kanade and requests that they transform into Precure to protect the world from Mephisto by collecting the scattered notes of the Legendary Score. The strength of the Precure however relies on 'Harmony Power', something Hibiki and Kanade do not have! Will they both ever see eye to eye?
Nevertheless, a new Precure legend is born!
