Trying to join a Japanese website ...need help reading the form!

This might be really easy for someone speaking/reading Japanese, unfortunately I don't. I'm trying to join this forum here:

And I have problems with only one form field, which is:

邀請碼 *

On that form field it also says:
"請勿使用由非法販賣得來的邀請碼，被查出將會刪除相關帳號。本站邀請碼不可作為販賣用途！ "

Any ideas what that means? I can't get past this step. :study:

The first problem is that it's Chinese, not Japanese.

The missing form field is for an invitation code.
