I take it this is a film, and not a real thing. I found another video of this same film on xvideos once (but sadly I can't find it anymore) that features the same girl and masked man, but was filmed much more real with some of the people surrounding her objecting to what was happening, whereas in this video they seem to be ignoring the action.
