Suspension of File Hosting's Lifetime Premium Account

Hi all,

Does anyone who has lifetime premium account from any well known file hostings, got suspended or even got cancelled for violating their rules or copyright infringement etc?

Hotfile has been doing this very often as they have got a lot if pressure from DMCA.

I was thinking about signing up for one but I guess I should just stick to monthly acc or 6 months max..
