SSF4 - Honda got nerfed. =(

The developer blog released today for SSF4 noting the changes the the character will undergo for the Arcade version of SSF4. E. Honda was one of these character along with 3? others. To make things short, he got nerfed. Overall less damage. Ultra 2 activation changed, and added more frames to take effect. Thoughts?
 
I'm not that serious a SF player so I don't have much to say. Also I'm not an E. HOnda user so it wouldn't effect me in a bad way. If anyone needs a little more balance it's Ryu.
