For remote upload to work, you need a direct link to the file which is usually only possible if you have premium for the source host. You don't need premium for the host you're remote uploading to(unless they restrict remote uploading, but that's not the case here).

Adding your username and password to the link usually work(assuming you have premium) like so: http://username:password@uploaded.net/rest_of_the_link_here

Personally, I use a remote server that I upload everything to and then use it for remote uploading without having to buy premium. You have to rent or know someone with a server though.
