what happened to risa omomo? she did a bunch of movies then disappeared. right after those uncensored ones i think.

Have no idea who she is , but it is very common for actresses to do 2-3 uncensored movies before retiring. So if you see an actress going to uncensored , its very likely that those will be her last movies.

I've seen that video, I don't remember noticing anything different about her boobs. Most likely just another example of Photoshop gone wrong.
