Sergeitch, although it´s the prequel it has been released about 1 year after the OVA by Pink Pineapple. As it has been released in Spain by Llamentol as Masaru 2, it´s even uncensored. The last time it popped up in the web was - if I am right - 04-15-2007 on a chinese site. Format was WMV, size 951 MB, trying to find it...
