This is very hard to find. The three girls look amateurish (at least for me), the video quality is low and its hard to find clues from the video, and I can't really point out that certain "style" that points to a certain studio. I believe a lesbian movie aficionado can help you, but if you're willing to do a lot to find the full movie, then I recommend doing a somewhat herculean task of going to japanlez.com (the only clue on the video) and looking for it there.
I tried looking for about an hour but I can't find it. Tried every search word I can think of. I hope you have better luck in finding it.
