Looks like they might be fake. Not surprising since they come from some site claiming to out cheaters.
The left picture has the text "突然ですが、お尻の初穴も借りちゃいます" on the right side of her picture. The series that actually has that on it's covers is IPN 1-10, but none of those have western women. Would be a really big coincidence if a different series would use the exact same text, including the exact same two characters in a different colour and the same character slightly to the left of the rest.
