Does anyone know where this clip came from? She disappeared when she turned 14 under the name 加山しょうこ and came back at 18 as Mio Takeba.

This is the only clip showing her when she disappeared.

"HOUSE NATION Beach Dance" party held at YUHIGAHAMA beach resort on 2009/08/01.

There was a "Beach Queen Contest" event and the participants introduced themselves with a short video clip uploaded to HOUSE NATION website so people could vote for them... (links to those videos are now gone)
