I guess I'm a total noob, but what do you do after you unrar it ?

I don’t remember it precisely, but install it with a virtual drive after unrar.

The virtual drive please use Alcohol or DAEMON Tools.
If you know some others, Please use it.

The patch file to the folder after the installation is moved.
