Sponging from his wealthy parents, Junya lives for speed. He is thrilled by playing with the traffic cops and escaping. He joins a local biker gang but becomes infatuated with the beautiful Hiroko when he sees her speeding in her white sports car. As his love for Hiroko grows, and his feud with policeman Hongo deepens, matters start to get out of hand.
