Description: This film picks up thirty years after the first Godzilla's death in 1954. A fishing vessel caught in a terrible storm encounters a volcanic eruption at sea which awakens a new Godzilla. Days later, a reporter, Goro Maki, is sailing in the oceans and discovers the wrecked fishing vessel. He investigates to find only one survivor, Hiroshi Okumura. The rest were killed by the giant sea louse, a mutant parasite which presumably fed from the new Godzilla's blood.
