Is Uploading.com down for free users?

For the past two days I've been unable to use Uploading.com at all, and instead get a message saying,

"Service Unavailable - We're sorry. Our service is temporarily unavailable.

Everything is fine, but we'd appreciate your patience while our techs correct the situation.

Please try accessing your account in a few minutes."

Has this been happening to others as well?
