Is Nihonomaru Anime Network down?

I everyone. For some reason whenever I try to access Nihonomaru I get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Does anyone know if the forum is down, or is it me the one who is being denied access.
 
just check your profile and see howmuch the roll back cut ya though
