invalid thread, where to report ?

Dunno where to report invalid thread so I just put it here.

I got invalid thread error for this link.
I came from here.

Hmm strange. If you click the first link it clearly tells you:

"Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" (the "administrator" being a link that shows you what to do).

So...why exactly do you not know what to do? Everything is clearly described there.
