I thought we IDed this one already, but I guess I was wrong.
I ran into a picture from this movie in another ID thread and it actually listed the name of the actress. That made it fairly easy to find.
The movie is SHKD-377 with Asuki Io (あすか伊央).
Codegeek was right in thinking it was an Attackers movie.

Ah, so it *was* answered. That's what I thought, but I didn't see anything in this thread and I didn't remember there were two.
