I found some covers but can't know the name of these films. Anyone please help me identify the name, and more appreciate, the links to download them. By the way, is there any forum or place to download about spanking movies (I've downloaded some from Akiba, thanks ).

Well, for the first one looks like "お尻叩きと浣腸で　躾けられて　女生従の記録２"



Flipping through a dictionary, I get
お尻叩きと浣腸 = oshiri tataki to kanchou = ass smacking and enema

Huh. This dictionary doesn't have the word "spanking" in it. Interesting. Moving on:

女生 = josei = schoogirl

I'm guessing on that character before the "2", but that makes it […]の記録 = [...] no kiroku = record of [...]

And then I googled that and found http://www.avget.jp/m/shousai.php?goodsid=42467&fly=gaibu&id=eromil_s this, so I know the part I couldn't make out is　躾けられて　= shitsukerarete = brought up / trained


tl;dr:

The next-to-last image you posted is number 4 of the same series.
