Like most Dandy vidoes, there don't seem to be any names on the cover.
I can't find her name in any of the shops that sell this video either.

Great site for Dandy actress ID. Unfortunately, it only listed the first 3 actresses and one other. Apparently the girl on the cover is the 5th, and it isn't amongst the 4.
